Any future payments processed via GREENLIGHT will be handled through Stripe. You agree to comply with all payment terms and conditions set forth by Stripe.
Tawa-Group may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms.
In no event shall Tawa-Group, its affiliates, or their licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of GREENLIGHT.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tawa-Group and HatFilms from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of GREENLIGHT or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of the United Kingdom.
Tawa-Group reserves the right to update or change these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. You are advised to review these Terms periodically for any changes.
